Dothan City Hall & Annex

Civic · Dothan, Alabama

New mass timber City Hall and annex buildings anchoring a major revitalization of downtown Dothan. Alongside the Innovation Center — a mass timber project built from locally sourced materials — and landmark buildings re-purposed with new programs, the project helps create a revived arts and cultural district at the city's core.

Bettendorf Aquatics, Ice Rink & YMCA

The Iowa Clinic at South Waukee

Healthcare · Waukee, Iowa

A new outpatient campus in one of the metro's fastest-growing corridors — spurred by the Jordan Creek Parkway and Town Center, the neighboring Lutheran Church of Hope, and competing healthcare development across the road. The campus pairs a medical office building with an ambulatory surgery center.
